An overdimension (or oversize) vehicle or load is one that exceeds one or more of the maximum dimensions allowed for standard vehicles.
There are special operating conditions that overdimension vehicles or loads must meet, based on the size of the vehicles and loads.

The rules for travelling depend on what size the load is – and what size category it falls into.
Loads up to and including 3.70m wide -> Category 1 Load
Loads up to and including 4.50m wide -> Category 2 Load
Loads up to and including 5.00m wide -> Category 3 Load |
